STUDENT ADVOCACY DAY
Students and professionals are encouraged to join Student Advocacy Day 2024 hosted by the Vermont Speech-Language Hearing Association (VSHA) on Tuesday, October 29th at 4:30. At this event you will learn about state and national level advocacy roles and professional issues related to the CSD professions.
You can join this FREE event in person at the Osher Center for Integrative Health in Burlington, VT or via Zoom. Presenters include VSHA’s president, ASHA advocates, and a guest speaker from the Noise Pollution Clearinghouse to review classroom acoustics and grassroots advocacy.
Registration is preferred but not required to attend. ASHA CEUs are available for attendance to this event, and door prizes will be awarded to the first ten in-person attendees and first four Zoom attendees. Snacks and beverages will be available to guests attending in-person.
